Well I guess since I like to stick with the thought, "Actions speak louder then words"
I would have to say, yes you can lie without saying a word. Many smart mouthed
people would probably say no, you can't tell a lie without actually speaking, but
I think deceiving people through body language is the same thing. You can either
keep silent about something that has happened, withholding information when
somebody asks what has happened, or you can simply smile or frown when asked
something which is speaking through body language and in it's own way, lying.
